The primary aim of the project is to increase the awareness of people with disabilities about their rights and current legislation pertaining to war disabled living in the territory of Azerbaijan.  To achieve this goal, two objectives will be fulfilled.  Firstly, a special publication on current relevant laws of Azerbaijan Republic will be prepared, and secondly, instructive seminars will be held in both the capital as well as in the provinces of the country.

Furthermore, the project aims to attract people with disabilities to the process of civil society building and increase their participation in promoting democratic principles and human rights - particularly the protection of the rights of the disabled.
